Problem with license key

I upgraded to a Storm 2 when the refurb'd Storm 1's that Surion sent me didn't work correctly. I had already dl'ed Dynostorm to one phone through My World, and the license key worked fine. I tried it again when I got this Storm 2 and it tells me my license key is invalid. I contacted support through the website on Tuesday night and still haven't heard anthing. What do I need to do? Thanks.
