Intellectual Property
You are justified to be protective of your ideas. After all, a great idea can have a very significant financial value realized in a very short time in the iTunes App Store. We understand this, and are willing to take the steps necessary to make sure that you are comfortable working with us. The first step is to request a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement from us using our contact form. The mutual-NDA provides legal protection to both parties, and limits the way in which exchanged information can be used. After exchanging signed copies of the NDA, we can move forward with discussing your idea, wither via confidential phone call or written correspondence.
Technical Details
Often, a winning idea consists of a kernel of greatness surrounded by a cloud of confusion. You may have a clear concept of how an application will behave, but not know how the “guts” of it will function. You may not even be sure of whether it’s possible to implement your idea on current technology. This is where BunsenTech can step in and help. Our creative team can take your idea and flesh out the details of what it looks like, and how users will interact with it. Our technical team will perform a feasibility study and work out any necessary algorithms, protocols, and server requirements. Finally, our business team will explore any necessary licensing or partnerships required to make the app function.
Flexible Funding
We understand that not everyone is in a position to fully-finance a significant development effort. We will gladly listen to your idea and spend a little time brainstorming how it might take shape without any commitment from you. If we think your idea is viable, there are several business models we can work under, including revenue-sharing with no up-front investment.
Distribution
One aspect often overlooked by app innovators is distribution in the App Store. Fortunately, our team have been working with Apple to get applications approved and sold since the inception of the iTunes App Store. If you wish to handle the distribution yourself, we can provide you with a ready-to-submit application package. If you’d rather be more hands off but still retain all ownership and control, we can help you get set up with an App Store identity, handle the submission and approval process, and optionally provide customer support once the app is live. Finally, if you want to be totally hands-off, we can publish your title under the BunsenTech brand, and simply cut you a check every month as the revenues roll in.
